The School of Information Technology is committed to ensure flexibility for students experiencing changing circumstances and/or financial difficulties. The following policy outlines the key dates for students to submit forms to take leave of absence or withdraw from a subject if they wish to avoid liability for all, or part of the fees. Students experiencing financial difficulties are strongly encouraged to contact the School of Information Technology, (Swinburne University) or the Vocational Training Council (Hong Kong) for alternative payment options, or an extension of the due date. Such requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

1. General

1.1	This policy applies to students enrolled in the BSc(IT) Program offered by the School of Information Technology in Hong Kong.
1.2	All fees are set and reviewed annually by the School of Information Technology.
1.3	Unless otherwise stated, all other Swinburne general policies and procedures are applicable.
